The photos you send us are personal and often deeply meaningful. We treat them accordingly:

• Your photos are stored only in secure, access-controlled folders during the restoration process.
• Your photos are never used in our marketing, gallery, or social media without your explicit written consent.
• By default, we delete all original and restored files 30 days after delivery unless you ask us to retain them longer.

• WeTransfer or Google Drive for secure file transfer. Files are sent via private, time-limited links.
