Questions, answered

What kind of photos can you restore?

Almost anything: faded prints, torn or creased photos, water-damaged images, black-and-white photos that need color, scanned negatives, and digital photos that need touch-ups. If you're unsure, send us a sample first — we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

How do I send the original photo?

After payment, we'll email you a private upload link. You can use a smartphone photo or a scan — both work. We recommend at least 1500px on the long edge for best results.

How long does it take?

Standard delivery is 24–48 hours after we receive your file. Rush delivery (12–24h) is available as an add-on. Heritage Pack (10 photos) includes rush delivery for free.

What if I don't like the result?

Every package includes free revisions. If after revisions you're still not happy, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Are my photos kept private?

Absolutely. Your photos are never shared, used in marketing, or stored beyond delivery. We delete all files 30 days after the project is complete unless you ask us otherwise.

Can I use the restored photo for prints?

Yes. We deliver high-resolution files suitable for digital viewing and standard prints up to roughly 8×10 inches at excellent quality. For larger prints or specific size requirements, let us know in your order notes and we'll optimize accordingly.

Do you use AI tools in your restoration process?

Yes — we use a combination of advanced AI tools and manual editing by our artists. AI helps us work faster and recover detail that pure manual editing can't, while our human touch ensures the final result feels authentic and emotionally true. Important: if you plan to submit your restored photo to a contest, publication, or commercial project, please verify their AI policy first, as some venues have specific rules about AI-assisted images. Do you accept payments other than PayPal?

At this time we accept PayPal only. PayPal supports all major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover — with no PayPal account required at checkout. For special arrangements on large orders, contact us directly.
